Businesses:  Get Cash For Your Accounts Receivable Invoices Today And Improve Your Cash Flow!

Don't wait 30, 60 or 90 days to receive payment for products or services that have already been sold or delivered ... Factor your Accounts Receivable Invoices!

Click Here To Learn The Benefits Of Factoring

WMI has an Accounts Receivable Factoring program that enables businesses to receive advanced funding on their outstanding accounts receivable invoices.

What Is Factoring?

Factoring is the process of purchasing commercial accounts receivable (invoices) from a business at a discount. Factoring is not a loan rather, it is the outright purchase of debt instruments (invoices).

What Are Accounts Receivable?

Accounts receivable are invoices for a commercial debt due for repayment of goods or services provided to a company.  Payment for an invoice is due usually, in 30 to 90 days.  In the factoring industry, the accounts receivable are what a company sells to a factoring company.

Who Is A Candidate For Factoring?

  • Start-ups

  • Reorganizations

  • Early Stage Growth Companies

  • Mature Companies Needing Additional Working Capital

What Types of Businesses Factor Their Invoices?

  • Service Companies

  • Manufacturing Companies

  • Construction Subcontractor's

  • Temporary Agencies

  • Transportation Companies

  • Distribution Companies

  • Computer and High-Tech Companies

  • All Other Industries that Extend Credit to Customers

Who Is Our Potential Client?

Any commercial enterprise doing a volume of $10,000 per month and up. Obviously, we prefer $100,000 and more, but sometimes the small companies can become big ones with our help.

How Does Factoring Work?

Factoring is easy.  Once your business has initially been setup to factor, you simply do the following:

  • Deliver the goods or services

  • Generate an invoice

  • Sell the invoice and get paid

How Much Will You Advance On My Invoices?

We can advance as much as * 90% of the invoice amount.  Then, when the invoice is paid, the balance, less our fee, is forwarded to you.

How Do I Get Started?

In order to determine which program will best meet your needs, you will need to complete and return our one page Client Profile sheet for evaluation.

Upon receipt, the Client Profile will be submitted to the Underwriting Department and a proposal will be prepared specifically for you and your business. This process is generally completed the very same day but, on occasion may take up to 24 hours from the time that your completed Client Profile sheet is received.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Proceeds?

Once you have accepted the proposal and provided any required documentation, you can generally expect to receive your initial funding in as little as 5-7 business days.

Then, regular funding on invoices generated can occur in as little as 2 days from the date submitted.
